DELIVERY & PICK-UP INFORMATION
Out of Town Services
Our company prepares products for global delivery in our warehouse facility. In order to serve you better please see below for our policies and procedures regarding out of town deliveries.
All out of town pick ups and deliveries must be arranged by the customer through any third party transit/freight/delivery service of their choice. Our warehouse is open Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.
We invite all our customers to come into our warehouse and inspect their furniture before the third party trucking company picks the furniture up. This assures all parties that the furniture leaves our facility in good condition. Furthermore, should any damages occur during transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to work with the logistics company for a solution.
Our products all carry great manufacture warranties. Regardless of where you reside these warranties are in effect. However, for logistical reasons your warranty is a local warranty.
What does this mean?
Should the factory require you to have parts, they will be shipped to our warehouse right here in Coquitlam. From there, you can arrange for them to be shipped up to you and installed yourself or by a local technician. For example, if your foam collapses and requires replacement while still under warranty, the new cores will arrive into our facility. From here you have the following options:
a) Arrange for the cores to be picked up and delivered to you and you can install them
b) Arrange for the cores to be picked up and delivered to you and have a local technician install them
c) Bring us your cushions and our warehouse will install them for you at no charge. This appointment will need to be booked with our office prior to your arrival.
